Grilled veggies in mayo sandwich

Ingredients to make Grilled veggies in mayo sandwich

  • Two slices of bread
  • Three to four roundels or thick slices of zucchini
  • one fourth piece of red and yellow bell peppers each
  • half thick green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper powder one fourth teaspoon
  • butter to toast the sandwich about two teaspoon or as per taste
  • four tomato slices
  • 3 basil leaves
  • two teaspoon garlic mayonnaise
  • two teaspoon chopped greens of spring onions

How to make Grilled veggies in mayo sandwich

  1. heat and grease a pan with a little butter
  2. on high flame cook d chopped vegetables
  3. flip and do the same on the other side
  4. take a bread slice
  5. spread garlic mayonnaise on it
  6. arrange all grilled vegetables on it
  7. along with basil leaves chopped half green chilli salt n sorinkle black pepper
  8. add chopped greens of spring onion uncooked
  9. place the second bread
  10. heat a pan toasted this sandwich on it after applying butter on bith sides till golden in colour
  11. cut into half and enjoy hot

Don’t overcook the vegetables
