Ingredients to make Sago milk kheer

  • sago powder 2 tsp
  • Suger 2 tsp
  • water 2 cup
  • salt pinch
  • cardamom powder pinch
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Nuts few

How to make Sago milk kheer

  1. Boil water and add sago powder
  2. Add suger
  3. Add pinch of salt
  4. Add cardamom powder mix well
  5. Add milk and boil
  6. After sago cooked garnish with nuts
  7. serve hot or cold

My Tip:

Add suger immidiatly after adding powder and stir continesly to avoid powder stick in Vessals
