Chatpatti Coriander Chutney

Ingredients to make Chatpatti Coriander Chutney

  • Chopped coriander Leaves - 1/2 Bunch
  • amchur Powder - 2 tablespoon
  • sugar - 3 tablespoon
  • red chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • jeera -2 teaspoon (1 teaspoon for Step 1 ) (1 teaspoon to add in ghee)
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • Cornflour - 1 teaspoon (mixed in little water)
  • ghee - 1 teaspoon

How to make Chatpatti Coriander Chutney

  1. 1. Mix Chopped Coriander Leaves, Amchur Powder, Sugar, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Jeera and Water in a bowl.
  2. 2. Heat Ghee in a pan, add Jeera - Saute it.
  3. 3. Then, add ingredients of Step 1, mix for 1 minute. Add cornflour to thicken it. Cool and grind it.
  4. 4. Serve with snacks.....
