  1. Ripe frozen bananas - 3 (sliced)
  2. Vanilla eseence
  3. Mint leaves (optional) - to garnish

Instructions

  1. Put the frozen bananas in a mixer and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add few drops of vanilla essence.
  3. Transfer the banana ice cream into a bowl and garnish with mint leaves.
  4. Enjoy creamy banana ice cream. (Tip: You may freeze it if not consumed immediately)
