Ingredients to make China grass halva

  • 1 glass milk
  • 2 tsp agar agar powder
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • Yellow, green and mahroon food colour

How to make China grass halva

  1. TAKE A PAN HEAT MILK
  2. WHEN A BOIL CAME ADD SUGAR
  3. AND MIX
  4. ADD AGAR AGAR POWDER AND STIR CONTINIOUSLY OTHERWISE LUNPS WILL FORM
  5. TAKE ONE DROP OF EACH COLOUR IN DIFFERENT BOWL
  6. ADD MILK MIX AND MIX FINELY
  7. TAKE SILICON MOULDSFIRST POUR YELLOW COLOUR MIX AND LET IT SET
  8. MAKE SECOND COLOUR
  9. POUR WHITE MIX ON YELLOW AND LET IT SET FOR 2-3 MIN
  10. THEN PPOUR GREEN COLOUR AND LET IT SET
  11. THEN AGAIN POUR WITH WHITE COLOUR
  12. LASTLY ADD MAHROON COLOUR IN SIDES AND ORANGE IN CENTER
  13. AS IT WILL SET HARDLY IN 3-4 MIN. DEMOULD IT CAREFULLY IN SERVING PLATE
  14. IT IS READY TO SERVE
