  • 2cup sugar
  • Dry fruits mix oista basam and kaju 1/2 bowl
  • Elichi 3
  • paneer 150gms
  • Silver work 2
  • kesar 1 pinch

How to make Ras malai

  1. BOIL MILK WITH SUGAR ELICHI AND SUGAR, REDUCE TILL HALF
  2. MASH PANEER ALMOST 25 MINS, TO MAKE IT SMOOTH, MAKE BALL BOIL THESE BALLS IN SUGAR SYRUP
  3. NOW ADD THESE BALL IN MILK SYRUP KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR TWO HOURS
  4. GARNISH WITH DRY FRUITS AND KESAR
