Ingredients to make Home made lemon pickle

  • 20 lemon cut into small wedges.
  • Dry red chilli 150g
  • 3 tsp Methi seeds / fenugreek seeds

How to make Home made lemon pickle

  1. Add required salt and 2 tsp turmeric powder to the lemon wedges, mix well and keep outside for 10 days until skin color changes outside.Dry roast dry roast everything and powder it and mix well with pickle and keep aside. In a pan add pure gingelly oil once hot add mustard seeds once crackled add little hing / asafoetida powder and gently mix well.
  2. Transfer into well dry airtight bottle or jar and enjoy with as I said with curd rice/ roti/ poori etc. .

My Tip:

Use Gingelly oil.
