Its an very eassy receipe.

Spicy chiken

Ingredients to make Spicy chiken

  • For marination - Chiken cubes - 100grams
  • salt- As required
  • Soya sauce - 1tablespoon
  • Chillie sauce - 2tablespoon
  • pepper powder - 1/2tablespoon
  • ginger/garlic - 1tablespoon
  • For sauce
  • Red chillie sauce - 3tablespoon
  • vinegar- 1tablespoon
  • Cornflor - 1tablespoon
  • water - 1/2cup
  • cilantro - For garnishing
  • Chrushed red chillie - 1tablespoon
  • oil - For frying

How to make Spicy chiken

  1. Marinate chiken with all the ingredients listed above.
  2. Than deep fry the chiken and keep aside.
  3. In a pan add 1spoon oil and all ghe sauces.
  4. Mix corn flor and water togather.
  5. Put this mixture in pan let it simmer for 2mins.
  6. Than add the fried chiken add some cilantro and crushed red chillie.
