Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For marination - Chiken cubes - 100grams
  2. Salt- As required
  3. Soya sauce - 1tablespoon
  4. Chillie sauce - 2tablespoon
  5. Pepper powder - 1/2tablespoon
  6. Ginger/garlic - 1tablespoon
  7. For sauce
  8. Red chillie sauce - 3tablespoon
  9. Vinegar- 1tablespoon
  10. Cornflor - 1tablespoon
  11. Water - 1/2cup
  12. Cilantro - For garnishing
  13. Chrushed red chillie - 1tablespoon
  14. Oil - For frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate chiken with all the ingredients listed above.
  2. Than deep fry the chiken and keep aside.
  3. In a pan add 1spoon oil and all ghe sauces.
  4. Mix corn flor and water togather.
  5. Put this mixture in pan let it simmer for 2mins.
  6. Than add the fried chiken add some cilantro and crushed red chillie.
