Jamun Kofta Curry

Ingredients to make Jamun Kofta Curry

  • gulab jamun readymade mix-200g
  • butter-4tbsp
  • onion-2(big)
  • Garam masala-1 1/2tsp
  • Kasuri methi-2tsp
  • salt-to taste
  • jeera powder-1tsp
  • coriander powder-1tbsp
  • red chilli powder-1tsp
  • tomato-4
  • badam-4-5
  • cashew-5-6
  • Gingergarlic paste-1 tbsp

How to make Jamun Kofta Curry

  1. HEAT 4 TBSP BUTTER, FRY 1 TBSP GINGER -GARLIC, 2 ONIONS & 4 TOMATOES, COOL & GRIND TO A SMOOTH PASTE
  2. HEAT 1 TSP OIL, SAUTE 1 TSP RED CHILLI, 1 TBSP CORIANDER, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC & 1 TSP CUMIN POWDERS
  3. ADD THE GROUND MASALA PASTE, SAUTE TILL MASALA LEAVES THE SIDES OF THE PAN
  4. ADD 1 CUP WATER TO THE FRIED MASALA
  5. ADD 1 TBSP FRESH CREAM, SIMMER ON LOW HEAT
  6. ADD 2 TSP CRUSHED KASURI METHI, 1.5 TSP GARAM MASALA
  7. ADD THE DEEP FRIED GULAB JAMUN BALLS TO THE GRAVY, COOK FOR 2 MINS
