Ingredients to make Fish- cheese kabeb

  • Boneless fish 1/2 cup
  • Diced home made cheese 1/2 cup
  • onion 1
  • carrot 1/2 green chilli 3/4
  • onion paste 1.5 tbs
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • salt 1/3 tsp+1/3 tsp
  • Lamon juice 1.5 tbs
  • Oats1.5 tbs
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp+1/4 tsp
  • coriander paste1 tbs
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 2 tbs
  • Squares

How to make Fish- cheese kabeb

  1. IN A BOWL TRANSFER 1/2 CUP BONELESS FISH CUBES.
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP DICED HOME MADE CHEESE.
  3. ADD 1.5 TBS ONION PASTE.
  4. ADD 1 TSP DARK SOYA SAUCE.
  5. ADD 1 TBS FRESH CORIANDER PASTE..
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER.
  7. ADD 1/3 TSP SALT.
  8. ADD 1.5 TSP LAMON JUICE.
  9. ADD 1/2 TBS LAMON JUICE.
  10. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER.
  11. MIX WELL.ALLOW IT TO BE MARINATED FOR 20 MINUTES.
  12. CHOP ONION 1, CARROT 1/2, GREEN CHILLI 3.GREEN TOMATO 1
  13. INTO DESIRED SHAPE.
  14. SPRINKLE 1/3 TSP SALT OVER CHOPPED VEGS.
  15. ADD 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER.
  16. MIX WELL.
  17. STRING FISH, CHEESE, ONION, GREEN TOMATO,CARROT, CHILLI INTO A SQUARE.
  18. FISH-PANEER GREENY KABEEBS ARE READY.
  19. POUR OVER 2 TBS OIL ON A NONSTICK SKILLET.
  20. PUT ON GREEN KABEEBS.
  21. SHALLOW FRY ALL KABEEBS ON MODARETED HEAT.
  22. WHEN ALL KABEEBS ARE DONE TAKE OUT THEM.
  23. SERVE KABEBS WITH SALAD& WITH ANY KIND OF SAUCE.
