Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For roti:
  2. Multigrain atta 1 cup
  3. Salt..
  4. Oil 1 tbsp
  5. pizza herbs 1 tsp
  6. kalonji 1/2 tsp
  7. For stuffing...
  8. Paneer 1/2cup.
  9. Cabbage 1/2 cup.
  10. Ginger garlic.crushed 1tbsp
  11. carrot 1/2cup
  12. onion 1/4cup.
  13. .Capsicum 1/4 cup
  14. salt to taste
  15. black pepper as you like..
  16. Soya sauce 1 tbsp..
  17. Vineger 1 tsp
  18. mayonise..1 tbsp
  19. tomato sauce 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Make normal dough with atta herbs.. Salt.. Kalonji and some oil..cover it and keep aside..
  2. Stuffing... Heat some oil in pan add crushed ginger garlic..
  3. Fry it then add onion.. Carrot.. Cabbage.. Capsicum.. And paneer and fry on high flame.
  4. Then add soya sauce..Vineger salt and paper..Let it cool down
  5. Make small roties with dough... And roast them without oil.
  6. Mix mayonise.. Tomato sauce.. Chilly flakes together and apply on roti..
  7. Add stuffing on roti.. And make a roll
  8. Shallow fry the roll .. And serve with shezwan sauce or your favourite dip.
