It's very easy to make... snack for tiffin... Kitty party.. .. With eveni g tea... Brekfast..

Easy.. and Healthy Rolls..

Ingredients to make Easy.. and Healthy Rolls..

  • For roti:
  • Multigrain atta 1 cup
  • salt..
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • pizza herbs 1 tsp
  • kalonji 1/2 tsp
  • For stuffing...
  • paneer 1/2cup.
  • cabbage 1/2 cup.
  • ginger garlic.crushed 1tbsp
  • carrot 1/2cup
  • onion 1/4cup.
  • .capsicum 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper as you like..
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp..
  • Vineger 1 tsp
  • mayonise..1 tbsp
  • tomato sauce 1 tbsp

How to make Easy.. and Healthy Rolls..

  1. Make normal dough with atta herbs.. Salt.. Kalonji and some oil..cover it and keep aside..
  2. Stuffing... Heat some oil in pan add crushed ginger garlic..
  3. Fry it then add onion.. Carrot.. Cabbage.. Capsicum.. And paneer and fry on high flame.
  4. Then add soya sauce..Vineger salt and paper..Let it cool down
  5. Make small roties with dough... And roast them without oil.
  6. Mix mayonise.. Tomato sauce.. Chilly flakes together and apply on roti..
  7. Add stuffing on roti.. And make a roll
  8. Shallow fry the roll .. And serve with shezwan sauce or your favourite dip.

My Tip:

Mixmayonise tomato sauCe .. Chillyflex and herbs together for spread it will give tangy taste to your roll
