Simple, easy and delicious pudding with flavour of roses

Rose Pudding

Ingredients to make Rose Pudding

  • 1 lt milk
  • 2.5 tsp edible rose water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • Chopped almonds, pista, rose petals for garnish

How to make Rose Pudding

  1. IN 1 CUP MILK, DISSOLVE CORNSTARCH COMPLETELY
  2. BOIL REMAINING MILK WITH SUGAR AND CINNAMON ON MEDIUM HEAT
  3. ONCE MILK SIMMERS, ADD CORN SLURRY. MIX WELL
  4. STIR CONTINUOUSLY BRINGING MILK TO BOIL ON HIGH HEAT. IT WILL TAKE 2-3 MINUTES
  5. ADD VANILLA EXTRACT AND ROSE WATER. MIX WELL
  6. POUR IN SERVING GLASS/BOWLS
  7. COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND REFRIGERATE FOR 4-5 HOURS
  8. GARNISH WITH ALMONDS, PISTA AND ROSE PETALS. SERVE COLD
