Veg skewers

Ingredients to make Veg skewers

  • mushroom 10
  • Baby potato 10
  • 3 colored capsicum each
  • onion 1
  • paneer 200 gm
  • 1 cup of curd
  • 2 tablespoons of Tandoori masala powder
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • salt as required
  • Long sticks as required

How to make Veg skewers

  1. In a bowl mix curd,salt, tandoori spice powder, ginger garlic paste and add lemon juice. Mix them well.
  2. Add Mushroom, Baby Potatoes, Squared Onion, 3 colored capsicum(Green Yellow Red) , paneer cut in squares to the masala and soak for 20 minutes and then sort it into one stick, as well as other sticks.
  3. You can cook this using grill pan or grill directly in the fire. Brush the skewers with oil and cook.
  4. If using an oven, in a preheated oven cook at 180 ° C for 15 minutes, turn all the sides around to ensure even cooking.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice before serving hot.
