Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1lit
  2. Chopped dry fruts ¼bowl
  3. Sugar ¼bowl
  4. Crushed coconut ⅛ bowl
  5. Cardamom powder ⅓tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a pan.
  2. Let it boil for 25 minutes and then add dry fruits.
  3. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and then add coconut.
  4. Add sugar.
  5. Add Elaychee powder and mix well.
  6. When it cools down put in container and freeze.
  7. Serve when it sets into icecream.
