A lip smacking snack with amazing crispiness. You would have never imagined of making such an easy snack with extraordinary taste and look ideal for any age group.

Pasta 65

Ingredients to make Pasta 65

  • Pene Pasta 2 cups
  • garlic ginger paste 2 tea spoons
  • Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tea spoon
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon
  • Garam masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • all purpose flour 4 table spoons
  • Corn flour 1 table spoon
  • curry leaves few
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Pasta 65

  1. Boil water in avessel adding a teaspoon of oil and some salt.
  2. Once the water starts boiling , add the pasta pieces in to it.
  3. Boil till the pastas are cooked 3/4 th and not fully boiled.
  4. Transfer the boiled pasta in to a strainer and drain out all the water.
  5. Spread them on a kitchen towel for five minutes to get the wetness dried out.
  6. Add garlic ginger paste, curry leaves,all the flours and powders with required salt to the pasta in a broad bowl and mix well.
  7. Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is heated keep the flame to medium and fry the pastas to crisp and serve.

My Tip:

Few drops of Lemon juice can be squeezed out on the fried Pastas just before serving to give extra punch.
