Singhare ke atte ke laddu

Ingredients to make Singhare ke atte ke laddu

  • Singhara flour (atta) 2 cup 250gm.
  • Powdered sugar 2 cup
  • Desi ghee 1,1/2 cup
  • almonds (Badam) 1/2 cup
  • cashew nut (Kaju) 1/2 cup
  • raisin (Kishmis) 1/2 cup
  • Makhana 1cup

How to make Singhare ke atte ke laddu

  1. Add 1/2 cup ghee in a heavy bottom pan and fry one by one all the dry fruits till slightly browned.Remove and keep aside.
  2. In the same pan, add 1 cup ghee and add the Singhara flour and fry on slow heat till golden brown. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.Crush the fried dry fruits in mixer and add in singhara flour and add the powdered sugar mix it well.
  3. Now you can make the small size laddu tasty laddu is ready for serve and you can store it 10 to 15 days.
