Ingredients to make Chicken vada

  • Minced chicken 1/4 kg
  • Fried Gram 1/4 cup
  • onion 1/4 cup
  • curry leaves few
  • coriander leaves few
  • Green chilli 3
  • cardamom 1
  • clove 3
  • cinnamon fennel powder 1 tablespoon
  • salt as required
  • coconut 1/2 cup
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Chicken vada

  1. Take minced chicken and grind it in mixie
  2. Collect the required ingredients
  3. Powder the fried gram and add it to the minced chicken
  4. Grind the rest of the ingredients in mixie
  5. Add them to the chicken bowl, add required salt.
  6. Mix everything together to form
  7. Take small balls out of it and flat them with your hands like a vada
  8. Deep fry them in medium hot oil
  9. Hot chicken Vadas are ready to serve
