Perfect Paneer Paratha

Ingredients to make Perfect Paneer Paratha

  • For paneer
  • 1 Ltr Milk
  • 1/2 lemon
  • For stuffing
  • 1/2 cup paneer
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • coriander leaves
  • For dough
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • salt
  • oil
  • water
  • oil for greasing

How to make Perfect Paneer Paratha

  1. BOIL 1 LTR MILK AND SQUEEZE 1/2 LEMON
  2. STIR WITH SPATULA OR SPOON TO AVOID MILK SOLIDS STICKING TO BOTTOM
  3. WHEN WHEY IS CLEAR, TURN OFF THE FLAME
  4. STRAIN PANEER USING MUSLIN CLOTH
  5. ADD WATER TO REMOVE LEMON FLAVOUR
  6. SQUEEZE WATER FROM PANEER
  7. PANEER IS READY
  8. DRY ROAST PANEER TO REMOVE WATER
  9. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER AND GARAM MASALA
  10. ADD FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES. WHEN THE WATER EVAPORATES TURN OFF THE FLAME
  11. CRUSH PANEER CHUNKS FOR SMOOTH STUFFING
  12. MIX 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR AND REQUIRED SALT
  13. ADD WATER AND REQUIRED OIL, KNEAD A STIFF DOUGH
  14. REST THE DOUGH FOR 5-10 MINUTES
  15. TAKE A SMALL PORTION OF DOUGH AND SHAPE SMALL KATORIS
  16. FILL KATORIS WITH STUFFING
  17. SEAL THE STUFFING
  18. SHAPE AS SHOWN
  19. COOK PARATHAS
  20. APPLY OIL ON BOTH SIDES
  21. COOK ON BOTH SIDES

My Tip:

Stuffed Parathas can be achieved only when the dough is stiff. Ensure you add water little by little while kneadin dough
