French Onion Dip

Ingredients to make French Onion Dip

  • Ingredients : 2 tsp unsalted butter
  • 1 small onion - thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic- finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh ground white pepper
  • Fresh chopped parsley !

How to make French Onion Dip

  1. In a pan on low flame put butter and add onion and garlic. Saute for couple of minutes and add pinch of salt. Saute till golden and onion gets caramelized. Remove from pan and let it cool. In another bowl mix the sauces and salt pepper.
  2. Now add the onion garlic mixture. Mix well and refrigerate. Enjoy chilled . HAPPY COOKING !!
