Ingredients to make Thai Red Curry Paste

  • Red chillies (dry, deseeded) 10
  • Garlic 10 cloves
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Galangal, chopped 1 tbsp
  • Lemon grass 1 stalk
  • Coriander stalks 7-8
  • Kafir leaves 6
  • Roasted coriander seeds 2tbsp
  • Roasted zeera 1 tsp
  • Peppercorn 20
  • Red chilli pwd (degi) 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp

How to make Thai Red Curry Paste

  1. Soak red chillies till soft.
  2. Put all ingredients in blender and blend it well.
  3. Store in a clean jar in fridge and use as required.
