Ragi vermicelli kheer

Ingredients to make Ragi vermicelli kheer

  • 1 cup roasted ragi vermicelli
  • Halt litre milk
  • 2 elaichi
  • 3 to 4 tbsp sugar
  • 8 to 10 almonds chopped

How to make Ragi vermicelli kheer

  1. First boil milk.
  2. Keep it on low flame and add ragi vermicelli.
  3. Cook till vermicelli is done. Then add elaichi and sugar.
  4. Boil for 2 mins and switch off the flame.
  5. Garnish with almonds. Serve hot or cold.
