ABOUT Strawberry Compote RECIPE

Chunky and delicious syrup.Puree it and use on pancakes and with Ice cream or as a spread.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Strawberries 500 gms
  2. Sugar 1/4 cup
  3. water 1/4 cup
  4. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  5. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries and cut in half or quarter it.
  2. Put everything in pan and cook on low fire.
  3. Let it simmer.Cook till it slightly thickens.
  4. Remove from fire and store in sterilized and dry glass bottles.
