Soya Granules and dal kebab

Ingredients to make Soya Granules and dal kebab

  • 1/4 cup urad chilka dal
  • 1/4 cup moong Chilka dal
  • 1/4 cup masoor dal
  • 1/4 cup chana dal
  • 1 cup soya granules
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • coriander leaves
  • salt
  • 1.5 tsp green chilli paste
  • Garam masala , 1/2 teaspoon
  • oil to fry

How to make Soya Granules and dal kebab

  1. Soak all dals overnight
  2. Soak soya granules for half and hour and remove water from it
  3. Now grind soaked dal
  4. Mix grinded dal,soya granules, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion , green chilli paste , salt and garam masala coriander powder and coriander leaves. Mix nicely.
  5. Now heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.
  6. Take small amount of daal mixture . Make ball shape and flatten it on ur palm using your hands
  7. Now shallow fry the kebabs till golden brown
  8. Serve with homemade green chutney and onions
