ANGOORI RASMALAI

Ingredients to make ANGOORI RASMALAI

  • Amul milk 1 ltr
  • Cow milk 1 ltr
  • sugar 250 gms
  • lemon 1
  • water 3 cup
  • Almonds and pistachios finely chopped
  • kesar

How to make ANGOORI RASMALAI

  1. Boil 1 ltr cow milk, put lemon nd make paneer from it
  2. Mash this paneer on plate till it becomes very smooth
  3. Make small balls from it .
  4. In a pressure cooker add 3 cup of water and sugar nd let it boil .
  5. Put these balls in sugar syrup. Nd let one whistle blow Then letcit cook 5 minutes on slow heat .
  6. These balls will increase in size .
  7. Boil the amul milk in a wokadd sugar, chopped dry fruits
  8. Take out Rasmalai from pressure cooker pressing its water and put in boiling milk
  9. Put kesar and dr fruits abd put in freeze
  10. Serve chilled

My Tip:

Make Rasmalai from cow's milk it will more soft
