About Caramel pudding Recipe

This is a simple Dessert needs few minutes of steaming and 3 hours of cooling.

Caramel pudding

Ingredients to make Caramel pudding

  • 1litre Milk
  • 6 eggs
  • sugar as per taste
  • 8 loaves of bread (remove the sides of bread)
  • Vanilla essence-1tsp
  • Amul milk powder-2 smallpackets
  • 4 tbsp sugar for caramelising
  • pista colour-2 drops

How to make Caramel pudding

  1. Boil milk cool it and set aside, once the milk is cooled add bread in it add eggs add sugar as per taste add milk powder add drop of vanilla essence and mix well in a mixer and divide this portion into two equal half and set aside.
  2. To the other half portion add pista colour and beat once in a mixer and set aside.
  3. Mean while take a steamer pre heat it at the same time caramelise the dish and place it steamer pour one half of above mixture and steam it for 35min after 35min insert a tooth pick and check if the tooth pick is clean then 1st layer is complete.
  4. Once the 1st layer is steamed pour the other mixture carefully and steam it again for 35min,off the flame cool it and keep it in refrigerator for chilling.
  5. Slow immerse the dish cut it and serve chilled caramel pudding is ready.

My Tip:

You can add as many as layer you want but do it carefully.
