  • Chamba flatten rice 1 cup
  • coconut 1/4 cup
  • jaggery grated 1/4 cup
  • cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dry ginger powder 1/4 teaspoon

How to make Flatten rice ladoo

  1. In a blender add all the ingredients and powder it
  2. Make balls of the powder
  3. We can store it for 3 days
  4. For more shelf life just fry the coconut before adding. Only the wetness of it should be reduced and no colour should be changed
