Ragda patice

Ingredients to make Ragda patice

  • For Ragda- Boiled chana - 1cup
  • turmeric powder - 1/2tablespoon
  • oil - 2tablespoon
  • onion - 1/2cup chopp
  • salt - As per taste
  • water - 1/4cup
  • For patice-
  • Boiled Potato - 2
  • salt - 1/2tablespoon
  • cumin powder - 1/tablespoon
  • Chat masala - 1/2tablespoon
  • Cornflor - 2tablespoon
  • oil - For frying
  • For Garnishing-
  • Green chutney - 1/2cup
  • Sweet chutney - 1/2cup
  • Sev - 1/2cup
  • cilantro - 2-3tablespoon

How to make Ragda patice

  1. In pan add oil than add onion saute it.
  2. Add boiled chikpeas and turmericthan add water.
  3. Cook it for 5mins.
  4. In a bowl mashed potatoes than add all the other ingredients.
  5. Than make pattice out of it.
  6. And shallow fry it.
  7. In a plate pour some ragda than place pattice over it.
  8. Put some sev and both the chutneys.
  9. Garnish it with some cilantro.
