Ingredients to make Puliogara and purnam laddu

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • tamarind paste 2 tsp
  • Roasted pea nuts,kaju
  • Fried chilli 4 ,lol mirchi 2
  • salt 1 tsp
  • Jageri 1 tsp
  • Tadaka
  • oil as need
  • Purnam ladd for ::
  • Cooked chana dol paste 1 cup
  • Jageri 1 cup
  • Ilachi powder half tsp
  • coconut powder 1 tsp

How to make Puliogara and purnam laddu

  1. Take a bannel, put oil 2 tsp add tadaka ,curry leaves.
  2. Next add pea nuts ,kaju ,tamarind paste ,red chilli,green chilli ,turmeric powder, asfetida .
  3. Fry all 2 min and add cooked rice add salt,jaggery. Ready to serve puliogara
  4. For laddu... Take a bannel add ghee put chana dal paste ,Jagiri ,Ilachi powder.
  5. Mix on slow flame untll ladu comes together ..turn off and leave 5 min .
  6. Make laddu, dip into coconut powder.Garnish with kaju. ready to serve purman laddu
