Soya chunks sandwich

Ingredients to make Soya chunks sandwich

  • Sandwich bread slices 8 numbers
  • ghee 4 table spoon
  • Soya chunks 1 cup
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • onion 1
  • tomato 2
  • cashew 10 number
  • Cheese 4 table spoon
  • red chilly powder 2 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt
  • coriander leaves chopped 4 table spoon

How to make Soya chunks sandwich

  1. In a pan add 2 table spoon ghee and add onion chopped, and ginger garlic paste and saute till transparent
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and saute well
  3. Add cashews and saute
  4. Add all powders and saute well
  5. Grind it into a fine paste
  6. In a bowl add water and boil it
  7. Add soya chunks to the boiling water
  8. Switch off flame and wait for 15 minutes
  9. Now squeeze the soya chunks
  10. Saute the ground paste in a pan and add soya to it
  11. Add milk to dilute it
  12. In a hot tawa place bread and spread ghee on both sides
  13. Flip and spread soya mix evenly and close with another piece of bread.
  14. Roast crispy on both sides
  15. Serve hot
