Grilled Paneer Tilka

Ingredients to make Grilled Paneer Tilka

  • paneer 200 gm
  • capsicum 2
  • onion 1 large
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • besan 1.5 tbs
  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Musturd oil 2 tbs
  • ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Grilled Paneer Tilka

  1. TAKE 1/2 CUP HUNG CURD & ADD 1/2 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER,1/2 TSP TURMERIC,1/2 TSP RED CHILLI, SALT TO TASTE
  2. 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA,1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER,1/2 TSP CHAAT MASALA,1 TSP KASOORI METHI
  3. MIX THE SPICES THEN ADD 1 TSP LEMON JUICE,1 CUP ONION PIECES,1 CUP CAPSICUM PIECES
  4. ADD PANEER CUBES AND MIX CAREFULLY
  5. HEAT 2 TBS MUSTURD OIL,ADD 1 TSP CAROM SEEDS,1 TSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
  6. ADD 1.5 TBS GRAM FLOUR (BESAN),ROAST FOR 1-2 MINUTES
  7. POUR THIS MIXTURE INTO THE MIXING BOWL
  8. COVER IT & MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES
  9. INSERT INTO THE SKEWERS
  10. TAKE HOT GRILL PAN & DRIZZLE SOME OIL
  11. PLACE THE SKEWERS
  12. GRILL - ALL SIDES
