About Dadpe Pohe Recipe

Made with thin poha this isnot like chivda.

Dadpe Pohe

Ingredients to make Dadpe Pohe

  • 4 cups thin poha
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp chilli Powder
  • 1tsp musterd seeds
  • 1tsp hing
  • handful of peanuts
  • Coriender leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2cup fresh scraped coconut
  • 1tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp oil

How to make Dadpe Pohe

  1. First take tadka pan.
  2. Add oil when it's hot add mustard seeds. Let it sputter.
  3. Then add hing & peanuts. Fry for sometime. Then add green chillies & turmeric powder. Switch off the flame.
  4. Now take poha in big vessel. Add in salt, chilli powder,sugar. Then add cooled tadka & start mixing by hand. Then add scraped coconut & coriender leaves & mix till everything well Incorporated.
  5. You have to mix only by hand so poha is covered by all species.
  6. Your Dadpe pohe is ready.
  7. Sprinkle some more coconut while serving.
