Ingredients to make Jhatpat Zero Oil/Ghee Laddu

  • 1 Cup Khopra(nariyal bura)
  • 1 Cup Til(Roasted & Powdered)
  • 1 Cup Peanut(Roasted & Powdered)
  • 1.5 Cup Sugar(powdered)
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • Water

How to make Jhatpat Zero Oil/Ghee Laddu

  1. Prepare sugar syrup.(1 tar ki chashni)
  2. Let the syrup rest for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add all three ingredients to the syrup & mix well.
  4. Sprinkle & mix elaichi powder.
  5. Make laddus now.

My Tip:

If you don't want to make laddu you can set Barfi's.
