Ingredients to make Paneer Easter egg

  • For 1 egg - paneer /cottage chesse 50 gm crumbled
  • Powdered sugar according to your taste
  • Dessicated coconut powder 2 tsp
  • Choco powder sweetened 2 tsp
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Some sugar coated colorful fennel seeds

How to make Paneer Easter egg

  1. First mash paneer properly , add 2 tsp powdered sugar into it . Make a dough with it . Keep this into the fridge for about 10 minutes .
  2. For stuffing - take dessicated coconut powder , add choco powder and honey . Mix all ingredients well . Stuffing is ready .
  3. Take out paneer dough from fridge . Make ball shape with it . Then flatten it with hands . Put coconut stuffing in center. Close the edges carefully . Make egg shape with it . Keep again it into the fridge for about 10 minutes.
  4. Now take out paneer egg from fridge. Garnish it with colorful fennel seeds. Easter egg is ready .
  5. When serve to your guest roll it into dessicated coconut and cut into halves . Serve chilled.
