Ingredients to make Potato and cheese rolls

  • 8 Medium sized Potatoes
  • Cheese Cubes( easily available in the market you can try milky mist brand)
  • Oil for Deep frying
  • Red chilli powder 1 and 1/2 table spoon
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tab tablespoon
  • Pinch of Garam masala for flavour
  • Salt as required
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Suji

How to make Potato and cheese rolls

  1. Wash and boil the potatoes.
  2. Mash the potatoes to a smooth paste( do not add water while mashing it).
  3. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt to the potato and mix it well.
  4. Whisk an egg along with some red chilli powder and salt in a different bowl.
  5. Cut cheese in two equal halves.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Now take the batter on your palm, place one cheese cube and roll it completely with the potato.
  8. Dip it in the egg mix then dip it in Suji and deep fry it in the pan.
  9. Wait until it's golden remove it and place it on a tissue and serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
