About Bread Medu vada Recipe

We alway make dal vada .but bread medu vada is a instsnt recipe .ig looks yummy as well as test very tempting .

Ingredients to make Bread Medu vada

  • 2 cup bread crumb
  • 1/2 cuo simolina
  • 1/4 cup rice floure
  • 3-4 green chillies small piceses
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • Yorgurt 1/4 cup
  • salt
  • oil 1 cup
  • cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • coriander 1/4 cup

How to make Bread Medu vada

  1. Assembal all ingredient .
  2. Add all ingredient in a bowl .
  3. Mix it throughoutly . add yorgurt .knead dough
  4. Make a small ball of dough and press it with palm .try to give it shape like kabab or tikki .
  5. Then put your finger in the centre of tikki and make a hole.
  6. Heat the pan .add oil
  7. When oil get hot fry it low ,medium flame..
  8. You should very careful about frying .dont try to fry it fast flame .because it will be burnt.
  9. Fry it golden brown and serve it with chutany or sauce.
