Kothu chapathi

Ingredients to make Kothu chapathi

  • Roti 3 numbers
  • ghee 3 table spoon
  • ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
  • onion chopped 1
  • tomato chopped 2 number
  • Vegetables chopped 1/2 cup
  • chilly powder 2 teaspoon
  • Green chilly 1 number
  • coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • salt

How to make Kothu chapathi

  1. In a kadai add ghee2 table spoon
  2. Add onion and ginger garlic paste and saute till transparent
  3. Add tomato and saute in low flame till dry
  4. Add all powders and saute
  5. Add all vegetables and saute
  6. Add 1/4 cup water and cook till soft
  7. When dry add chopped chapathi
  8. Add salt and coriander leaves
  9. Serve hot with raitha
