ABOUT Chicken crepes. RECIPE

A savoury crepe stuffed with chicken. This s an Italian dish. We can make it veg , using veg instead of chicken.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For the crepe
  2. maida or corn flour 1/2 cup
  3. egg 1
  4. Milk 3/4 cup
  5. salt
  6. For Filling
  7. Minced or boneless chicken pieces 250g
  8. onion 1
  9. chilli powder 1/2 tsp, according to taste.
  10. garlic powder or garlic crushed 1/2 tsp
  11. Oregano 1/2 tsp
  12. chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  13. salt
  14. oil to shallow fry.
  15. For paste
  16. maida 2 tbsp. Add enough water to make a thick paste.


  1. Blend all ingredients given for crepe in a blender & make a smooth batter.The batter should b thin. So that we get thin crepes add milk accordingly.
  2. In a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Fry onion,& garlic.
  3. Then add chicken along with all other ingredients given for filling. Add some water & cook till chicken is well cooked & the dish s very dry.
  4. Heat a big pan. Apply oil. Pour batter to make crepe. Spread it turning the pan. Make a big thin crepe.
  5. When one side s done turn & cook the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. U can make crepes while chicken is cooking. Save time.
  7. Take one crepe, put the filling in the middle. Fold from the sides & brush with maida paste.
  8. Fold from the other two sides also using the paste. Repeat the same process with the other crepes.
  9. Heat a pan with enough oil , to shallow fry. Put the folded crepes & fry both sides till crispy.
  10. SERVE HOT.
