About Sitaphal Rabadi Recipe

Sitaphal Rabadi

Ingredients to make Sitaphal Rabadi

  • Whole milk 1 and half litre
  • sugar 3/4 th cup
  • Custard apple ripe 2 to 3
  • saffron strands 1 pinch
  • Finely chopped dry fruits 1 tablespoon
  • cardamom powder 1 pinch

How to make Sitaphal Rabadi

  1. Remove all seeds and take out all the pulp from custard apple
  2. Add sugar and saffron strands in milk and allow it to boil. Cook it on low heat with consistent stirring till thickens
  3. Let it cool completely
  4. Add custard apple pulp and cardamom powder to cold milk
  5. Mix well and then refrigerate it till chilled
  6. Garnish with lots of finely chopped dry fruits and serve chilled
  7. Enjoy endlessly Yummylicious delicious Sitaphal rabadi and enjoy fasting feasting
