Ingredients to make Lahsun Kachri ki Chutney

  • 1 Tbsp Kachri Powder
  • 1 garlic(peeled)
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Rai(mustard seeds)
  • a pinch of hing
  • salt

How to make Lahsun Kachri ki Chutney

  1. Grind garlic to make paste.
  2. Take 1/2 cup of water add kachri & mix.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan, add rai, hing & garlic paste.
  4. Let it brown, add chilli powder & kachri paste.
  5. Stir continuously till ghee separates.

Serve with Bajre ki Roti...
