About MALABAR RICE PATHIRI Recipe

Today we are making very tasty sama rice flour that can be served as brunch, breakfast or evening snacks

MALABAR RICE PATHIRI

Ingredients to make MALABAR RICE PATHIRI

  • Sama rice flour 1 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • Green chilli 2
  • jeera whole 1 teaspoon
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • Mirch powder 1 teaspoon
  • coconut grated 2 tablespoon
  • oil for frying
  • Black seasme seeds 1 tablespoon

How to make MALABAR RICE PATHIRI

  1. First finely chop Green chillies
  2. In a wok put one teaspoon ghee jeera and chillies and saute for few seconds
  3. Then put one cup water and let it boil.
  4. Then put rice flour, salt and mix neatly in boiling water
  5. Take it out on a plate this mixture. And let it cool a little
  6. Then mix grated coconut nd black seasme
  7. Make a dough type
  8. Roll a big chapati and cut it round with cookue cutter ar any lid
  9. Cut all the round circles
  10. Heat the oil in the wok
  11. Deep fry on medium heat
  12. Serve it with chutney nd hung curd

My Tip:

If u don't have vrat u can onion nd garlic
