Kuttu flour ki kadhi ...( NAVRATRI SPECIAL)

Ingredients to make Kuttu flour ki kadhi ...( NAVRATRI SPECIAL)

  • Kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour) 1/2 bowl
  • Curd for buttermilk 200gm
  • sendha namak 1tsp
  • jeera ( cumin seed) 1tsp
  • Black pepper powdere 1/2 tsp
  • green chilly 2-3 acoording to taste chopped
  • ginger 1/2inch chopped
  • coriander for garnishing
  • Desi ghee 2tsp
  • potato small size chopped
  • water 1-2 glass

How to make Kuttu flour ki kadhi ...( NAVRATRI SPECIAL)

  1. Beat curd and add kuttu flour in it and blend it till no lumps in it and set aside.
  2. Take the ingriients ready..
  3. Heat tha pan and add desi ghee and then cumin seed green chilly ginger in it and saute it. After two min add chopped potato in it and half cup water in it and add salt and black pepper powder in it and cook for few seconds till the potatoes soften..
  4. Now add buttermilk and kuttu flour mixture in it and cook it 8-10 min on sim heat keep stirring in between..
  5. Serve it with sama rice and kuttu chapati.

My Tip:

U can add pneer cubes or kuttu ke pkode in it.. If u like.
