Ingredients to make Vaghrelo Rotlo

  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 rotla
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp

How to make Vaghrelo Rotlo

  1. CUT SMALL PIECES OF ROTLO.
  2. LIKE CHURMA
  3. NOW HEAT OIL IN A PAN AT MEDIUM FLAME.
  4. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS IN IT
  5. NOW ADD 1 CUP CURD
  6. THEN ADD 1 GLASS WATER
  7. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMARIC, SALT
  8. THEN ADD ROTLA CHURMASTIR WELL. COOK FOR 3-4 MINUTES.
