Ingredients to make Cheese Balls

  • Bread 3 slices
  • cornflour powder 1 tbsp
  • Mozerella Cheese 1/4 cup
  • salt as required
  • buttermilk as required
  • Herbs 1/2 tsp
  • chilly flakes 1/2 Tsp
  • Pinch of baking powder

How to make Cheese Balls

  1. TRIM THE EDGES OF 3 BREAD SLICES
  2. ADD TO THE GRINDER JAR TO MAKE POWDER
  3. TRANSFER IN A BOWL, ADD 1/4 CUP MOZERELLA CHEESE, 1/2 TSP CHILLY FLAKES, 1/2 TSP HERBS
  4. SALT TO TASTE, 1 TBSP CORNFLOUR, PINCH OF BAKING POWDER BUTTERMILK AS REQUIRED TO MIX
  5. IT WOULD BE LIKE A DOUGH. MAKE SMALL BALLS FROM IT
  6. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  7. WHEN IT TURNS GOLDEN, TAKE OUT ON A TISSUE
  8. ENJOY!
