Chilly Lemon Chutney

Ingredients to make Chilly Lemon Chutney

  • 1 cup finely chopped lemons , cut them with the peel and take out the seeds
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Chillies
  • Sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

How to make Chilly Lemon Chutney

  1. Grind together chopped lemons and chopped chillies in a mixer jar , into a paste . Grind it in small quantity at a time . Heat a non stick pan and put together the ready paste , sugar and salt . Cook on low heat , until it becomes thick .
My Tip: Stir occasionally while cooking , there shoul not be any seeds of lemons , otherwise it may become very bitter .
