About Soya maduri Recipe

It i a sweet recipi made by soya graniul

Soya maduri

Ingredients to make Soya maduri

  • Soya graniule 250/300 gm
  • Milk 1.5 ltr
  • Suger according to teste
  • Khoya kheer 100gm
  • Condense milk 100gm
  • bay leaves,cloves, elach
  • water and suger for suger syrup
  • Orenge food color,bournvita

How to make Soya maduri

  1. Boil soya graniule for 8 to 10 min..use bayleave,clove,elachi in water so the bad smell of soyabean will remove
  2. Now make suger syrup by useing water and suger
  3. Drain excess water from soya graniule and soak it in suger syrup for 1 to 1.5 hrs
  4. In the mean time boil milk..takeout 1 cup of milk from it
  5. When milk become half add khoya and condence milk..stir continuously
  6. Add soak soya graniule and stir well.
  7. Now devide that 1 cup milk into 2 parts..in one part mix orenge food Color and in other part mix bournvita powder
  8. After complete that soya kheer devide it into two part
  9. In one part pour orenge color mix milk,in other mix with bournvita milk
  10. Now in a bowl pour that two types soya kheer accordingly.
  11. Chill it in fridge
  12. Gurnish as desire

My Tip:

Adding color is optional
