Samosa is all time favourite as snacks. Just give twist make pinwheel and enjoy samosa.

Pin wheel Samosa

Ingredients to make Pin wheel Samosa

  • all purpose flour-1-1/4 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • red chilli powder- as per taste
  • hing a pinch
  • Ajwain-1/4 tea spoon
  • oil-2 cup
  • Jeera-1/4 tea spoon
  • Coriander powder-1 tea spoon
  • Boiled potato-2 medium size
  • Amchoor powder - 1/2 tea spoon

How to make Pin wheel Samosa

  1. take 1 cup All purpose flour ,salt, ajwain, 1/4 cup oil in parat.
  2. Mix it
  3. knead tight dough using water.
  4. keep this dough aside for half an hour.
  5. in the meanwhile we prepare stuffing .
  6. Take 1 tea spoon oil in kadai, heat it.
  7. Add hing and jeera.
  8. add chopped potatoes and all spices.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Cool and mess it.
  11. Now take ball from dough.
  12. Roll it using rolling pin.
  13. Spread messed vegetable over it.
  14. Now roll it completely.
  15. It will form a lodge.
  16. Now using knife cut it into pieces.
  17. Slowly press it.
  18. now take rest of all purpose flour .
  19. Roll completely cut pieces into it.
  20. heat oil in kadai. And dip fry all pin wheel samosa.
  21. Pin wheel samosa are ready to eat .
  22. serve hot with desired chutney.
