Ingredients to make Apple Jaggery Payasam

  • apple chunks 2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 ltr
  • jaggery 1/2 cup
  • cardamom seeds 1 tsp
  • water 1 cup
  • raisins few

How to make Apple Jaggery Payasam

  1. WASH AND PEAL APPLE
  2. CUT IN TO SMALL CHUNKS, REMOVE SEEDS
  3. APPLE CHUNKS, CARDAMOM SEEDS
  4. ADD MILK AND GRIND
  5. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  6. TRANSFER THE PUREE INTO A VESSEL, ADD A CUP OF WATER
  7. ADD JAGGERY AND MILK
  8. RAISINS
  9. BRING IT TO BOIL
  10. STIR, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE IN WARM OR COLD
