Ragi vermicelli kheer

Ingredients to make Ragi vermicelli kheer

  • Half litre milk
  • 1 cup ragi vermicelli
  • 2 elaichi crushed
  • 3 to 4 tbsp sugar
  • 10 almonds finely chopped

How to make Ragi vermicelli kheer

  1. First boil the milk.
  2. Then simmer it and add ragi vermicelli.
  3. Mix well and let it cook till vermicelli is cooked properly.
  4. Then add crushed elaichi and sugar. Boil for 2 mins.
  5. Switch off the gas
  6. Garnish with almonds and serve hot or cold.
