Stuffed Crispy Arbi

Ingredients to make Stuffed Crispy Arbi

  • Arbi 250 gms
  • Onion 1
  • Paneer (cottage cheese) 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes 1 cup
  • black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Grated cheese 1 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to make Stuffed Crispy Arbi

  1. Boil the arbi. (But be careful and do not boil it too much as you won't be able to fry it then.)
  2. Now remove the skin of all arbies and cut them into halves. Scoop the arbies from the middle so that it can filled. Then apply little salt to all the arbi pieces.
  3. Then deep fry all the pieces till they become golden brown and crispy.
  4. To prepare the filling, mix the finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped onions, finely chopped capsicum, crumbled cottage cheese, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl.
  5. Fill all the arbies with this filling.
  6. Spread grated cheese over all the arbies and serve them hot.
