  • milk. 1kg
  • cardamom 6 to 8 crushed into powder

How to make milk kurchan

  1. take an iron Kadhai
  2. pour milk in it and boil it
  3. when a layer of milk moves up spread it on the sides of karahi
  4. when this layer conistant remove it and spread it on a plate
  5. keep doing this for rest of the milk and spreading it

My Tip:

Layers should be papri like sugar should not be added it automatically tastes sweet due to condensation
